About Us

Innovative Transit Solutions has been building ticketing systems since 2006.

Most of what we shipped first, we shipped before there was a developed market for it. We were the first provider in North America to deliver mobile tickets over SMS and MMS — and the first to redeem them on handheld scanners running over cellular, with no wired POS behind them.

In 2016, with the Las Vegas Monorail and CES, we put a conference badge, a Monorail pass, and e-bike access on a single secure NFC card. One credential, three operators, no precedent for it anywhere.

With Google and NXP Semiconductors, we then moved a ticket credential into the secure element on the phone itself — the hardware enclave, not an app folder. Harder to clone. Harder to spoof.

We didn't build any of that to be first. We built it because an operator had a problem and the existing options didn't solve it.

That hasn't changed. We started with small B2B event clients and now work with operators at every scale, CES included. The job is the same as it was: make a ticket easy to buy, hard to fake, and cheap to run.
